We are looking for a Lettings Consultant to join a busy Property Management Agency in Leicester City Centre

The role:
·         Talking to renters, building a thorough understanding of their requirements and creating a solid mailing list to ensure leads are being maximised 
·         Arranging and conducting smart viewings on properties for rent whilst ensuring viewers are advised on all suitable listings available to view 
·         Actively seeking new landlords and properties to add to our listings 
·         Encouraging viewers to offer candid feedback at the time of viewing and followed up thereafter 
·         Progressing lets to a successful move-in by completing necessary administration work and working along side the Property Manager
·         Effective diary management by understanding daily priorities 
·         Contributing to staff meetings and providing regular feedback on properties, new landlords and potential lets 
·         Self motivating and helping the team as a whole to meet weekly/monthly/quarterly targets
·         Extensive knowledge of the Leicester Property Market and Leicester areas 
·         Active selling other residential property products
·         Actively promote available properties, industry insights and local knowledge onto social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn 
·         Create blogs and vlogs to showcase on our website and social media platforms 
·         Showcase our business services through all channels and personal networks 
 
Requirements for the role
·         Target driven and Ambitious to meet personal goals and company goals 
·         Desire to promote self growth and the companies growth 
·         Proven track record in a similar role and lettings department for a minimum two years - references required 
·         Full and clean UK driving license
·         You have to be modern, forward-thinking and up-to-date with current affairs and trends of the property market 
·         Highly proficient in most computer software such as Microsoft Office
·         Experience with using property software to maintain property listings and applicant listings - Use of Jupix software is desirable but not essential 
·         Highly organised and reliable 
·         Excellent written skills, spelling/punctuation/grammar
·         Engaging social skills
·         Dress to impress
·         Demonstrate active use of social media 
·         We pride ourselves in our customer service that we provide to our clients and tenants and you will be at the forefront of this, therefore this role is for someone who is outgoing and can demonstrate this level of service at all times

Interview process: CV, face to face interview that will include your demonstration and examples of being suitable for the role, trial day, probation period and on succession a permanent contract 
Job Type: Part-time/Full time
Annual Salary: £17,500 - OTE £21K +
