Complaints procedure

Step 1: All complaints in the first instance need to be reported to the office via e-mail on or by calling into the office 0116 2161789. You are of course welcome to come into the office to discuss your complaint in person. A member of the team will endeavour to help you straight away to resolve your query.

Step 2: Office Manager: Our office manager will get back to you within 2 working days from date of the complaint to help resolve your query. The query resolution can be given to you in person, over the phone and by writing/email.

Step 3: If you are unhappy with the response from the office manager then you are welcome to report your complaint to The Property Ombudsman. You can do this via

Please note that if you do wish to contact The Property Ombudsman Service (TPOS) you must do so within six months of the date of the final solution date. It is also important to note that The Property Ombudsman Service will not consider your complaint until our internal complaints procedure has been exhausted.
